Cole inspected a house today with lead paint and asbestos. He checked the walls, flooring, attic, and small addition. All my fears, stress, and worries left after he gave us his expert opinion. N & H Contracting Ltd. has been our saving grace since our flood! Our water main broke and we were in crisis mode, I can’t even begin to tell you how lucky we feel to have come across their number when we needed help. N & H Contracting Ltd. has just completed the complete renovation of our Kamloops Hyundai Dealership in December 2019. While no renovation is easy operating out of the facility during construction, Darren Hank, Tim, our project supervisor, and the whole N & H team did a great job in minimizing the interruptions which kept the project on time and on budget. The team at N & H Contracting Ltd. were hands-on every day and the communication between ourselves, the architect team, city of Kamloops, and all the sub-trades was professional and accurate and was in our opinion the reason why we were able to complete our project on time. If a portion of the project could not be performed during working hours, N & H contracting Ltd. took it upon themselves to organize and supervise the sub-trade after hours or on weekends, resulting in a project that was never delayed. Our team at Kamloops Hyundai are glad the renovations are complete and very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the finished project, as are all our customers. It says something when our dealership team felt the N & H team were part of our staff because they went out of their way to ensure our business kept selling and servicing our Hyundai customers during some very challenging phases of the renovation. We would like to express our recommendation for N & H Contracting for our build of our newest location of Amplified Café – Located at the TNRD building in Downtown Kamloops. When looking for a suitable partner when opening our businesses we look for several things: Can they perform to our requirements, will they be able to communicate well with us, and do they share in our vision. We found N & H went above and beyond with their level of communication, they understood what we were looking for, and mostly, they were able to achieve the level of detail we were envisioning. During the construction of the space, we were pleased with the level of communication we had with Darren, he would inform us of what was happening, any setbacks, or changes that would present themselves. The team at N & H worked diligently to ensure a safe and clean work space. They would even answer the stupid questions (some say there are no stupid questions – but we all know they happen) I had regarding little and big things. During the construction they worked well to ensure that they were working hard to get the job done right the first time. We have now been open for about two and a half months, we couldn’t be happier with the build out, and the quality of finishes we have.
